Geographic presence

Two bases, one operating region

MZA runs from Amsterdam and Amman and works across European, Eastern Mediterranean and Gulf infrastructure markets.

Bases

Where MZA works from

Amsterdam

The Amsterdam base carries European and international coordination: engagement with contractors, engineering firms, technology providers and investors, and the institutional interfaces that cross-border programme structures require.

  • European counterparty engagement
  • International consortium coordination
  • Institutional and financier interfaces
  • Corporate and contracting base

Amman

The Amman office carries regional market context and delivery coordination: local stakeholder engagement, authority interfaces and the on-the-ground reading of procurement conditions that a remote adviser cannot supply.

  • Authority and utility engagement
  • Local market and procurement context
  • Regional partner qualification
  • Delivery-stage coordination

Depth of presence

What presence means, stage by stage

"Presence" is used loosely across this industry. Below is what it means at MZA, from first reading of a market through to the point where our role ends and appointed delivery parties take over.

Stage 01

Market reading

Understanding how a market actually procures

Before any positioning, we establish how a market awards work: which institutions hold budget and approval, what procurement routes are genuinely used rather than published, how long decisions take, and what local participation is expected. This is desk and relationship work, and it is where most unsuccessful market entries are already lost.

  • Institutional and budget mapping
  • Procurement routes in practice
  • Local content expectations
  • Decision cadence and approval chains

Stage 02

Relationship building

Qualified relationships, built before a tender exists

Presence means being known to the right institutions before a specific opportunity is announced. We introduce and position organisations with authorities, utilities, sponsors and established regional contractors, so that when a programme reaches the market the client is already a recognised and credible name rather than an unknown respondent.

  • Authority and sponsor introductions
  • Regional contractor and partner mapping
  • Positioning around defined programmes
  • Credential and capability presentation

Stage 03

Programme engagement

Working inside a live programme

Where a programme is active, presence becomes coordination: managing the interfaces between sponsor, contractor, technology provider and financier, keeping commercial positions aligned across parties in different jurisdictions, and holding the timetable against the approving institution’s real decision cadence.

  • Consortium formation and alignment
  • Procurement and tender coordination
  • Commercial interface management
  • Programme governance support

Stage 04

Where we stop

The boundary, stated plainly

MZA advises, develops and coordinates. We do not build, engineer, finance, own or operate, and we do not hold a licence to arrange financing or provide investment advice. In every market shown here, delivery is carried by the contractors, engineering firms and financiers a programme appoints. Being clear about that boundary is what makes the rest of it credible.

  • Advisory and coordination only
  • No EPC, design or construction role
  • No ownership or operation
  • Delivery carried by appointed parties
