By accessing or using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Informational purpose only

Content on this website is provided for general information about MZA and its activities. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, tax, engineering or investment advice, and must not be relied on as such. Nothing on this site is an offer, an invitation to treat, a procurement notice, a prospectus or a solicitation of any kind. No client, advisory or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of this site or by any enquiry submitted through it. Such a relationship arises only under a signed engagement agreement.

2. Scope of MZA's role

MZA provides advisory, project development and coordination services. MZA is not an EPC contractor, engineering designer, construction company, law firm, investment bank or infrastructure fund, and is not licensed to provide investment advice or arrange financing.

Project descriptions on this site summarise MZA's advisory or coordination mandate at a confidentiality-appropriate level. They do not imply that MZA built, engineered, financed, owned, operated or delivered the programmes described, nor that MZA was appointed by any authority, sponsor or counterparty named or implied. Where a record concerns a predecessor organisation, that is stated in the record.

3. Project opportunities and confidential information

Publication of a project opportunity does not constitute an award, a procurement notice, a representation that a procurement will proceed, or a guarantee of participation, shortlisting or qualification. Opportunities may change, be suspended or be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Access to detailed project information is subject to qualification and to execution of a non-disclosure agreement. Information released under such an agreement is governed by that agreement, which prevails over these terms in respect of the information it covers. Published figures, capacities, values, timelines and stages are indicative, drawn from the sources available to MZA at the time of publication, and are subject to change.

4. Accuracy and currency

MZA takes reasonable care in preparing site content but does not warrant that it is complete, accurate or current at all times. Content may be amended or removed without notice. Where content derives from public reporting or third-party sources, MZA does not independently warrant those sources.

5. Forward-looking statements

Some content describes intended, expected or prospective programme outcomes. Such statements reflect expectations at the time of writing, depend on factors outside MZA's control, and are not guarantees of any outcome.

6. Intellectual property

The MZA name and marks, and the text, structure, design, graphics and code of this site, are the property of MZA Consultancy or its licensors. Photography is used under licence and may not be extracted or reused. You may view and print content for your own internal, non-commercial reference. Any other reproduction, distribution, adaptation, republication or commercial use requires MZA's prior written permission. Automated scraping, bulk extraction or use of site content to train machine-learning models is not permitted.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable sanctions or export controls;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting environment or any connected system;
• introduce malicious code, or impose an unreasonable load on the site through automated requests;
• misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for an organisation when contacting MZA.

MZA may amend these terms at any time. The date at the top records the current version, and continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. The courts of Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable in your jurisdiction.
