Careers at MZA
Senior professionals, complex programmes, real responsibility
MZA works with experienced practitioners and specialists who combine technical understanding, commercial judgement and the discretion that complex, cross-border infrastructure programmes require.
Working at MZA
MZA's assignments sit where technical, commercial and stakeholder realities meet: programmes measured in hundreds of millions to billions, counterparties spanning governments, EPC contractors, investors and technology providers, and decisions that determine whether initiatives progress.
The firm is deliberately senior-led. That means early responsibility, direct access to leadership, and work visible in outcomes rather than buried in layers. It also means standards: discretion, precision and accountability are conditions of the work, not aspirations.
Senior-led work
Compact, senior teams. Our people are directly involved in strategy, client interfaces and decisions, not buried in delivery layers.
Real programmes
Assignments sit inside live infrastructure and industrial programmes across EMEA, measured in hundreds of millions to billions.
Judgement and discretion
The work rewards commercial awareness, clear communication and confidentiality across cultures and stakeholder environments.
Corporate discipline
An entrepreneurial setting held to corporate standards: defined scopes, decision-ready outputs and consistent professional conduct.
Disciplines
The professional backgrounds we draw on
MZA does not run a public vacancy board. We engage established professionals and specialists as mandates require, across the disciplines complex infrastructure programmes depend on.
Infrastructure and engineering
Practitioners with delivery backgrounds in power, water, industrial, transport and utilities programmes who understand how projects are actually built.
Commercial and procurement
Specialists in procurement strategy, tendering, negotiation and commercial structuring across regulated and private environments.
Project and programme delivery
Governance, PMO and delivery-assurance professionals who bring discipline to complex, multi-party programmes.
Finance and transactions
Advisers fluent in project structuring, investment logic and the interfaces between sponsors, lenders and delivery parties.
Technology and innovation
Practitioners connecting infrastructure needs with deployable technology, from problem definition through structured pilots.
Regional and stakeholder
Professionals with the relationships, languages and institutional understanding that cross-border programmes depend on.
Expert network
Specialists engaged where a mandate requires it
Alongside its core team, MZA works with an established network of sector, technical, commercial and regional specialists engaged assignment-by-assignment. Independent experts open to defined-scope collaboration, under clear confidentiality and conduct standards, are welcome to introduce themselves.

Process
How selection works
MZA engages a small number of people, so the process is deliberate rather than automated. Each stage is handled by the people you would actually work with.
- 01
Profile review
Every profile is read against current and forthcoming mandates. We look at the substance of the programmes you have worked on, not the length of the document.
- 02
Introductory conversation
A discussion with a member of the leadership team about your background, the environments you work well in, and where your experience fits MZA’s mandate pipeline.
- 03
Technical and commercial discussion
A working conversation around a real programme situation. We are interested in how you reason about packaging, interfaces, counterparties and risk, not in rehearsed answers.
- 04
References and terms
Professional references, confirmation of any conflicts or existing obligations, and agreement of scope, terms and conduct standards before engagement.
Equal opportunity and professional conduct
MZA selects on capability, judgement and professional record. We do not discriminate on the basis of nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law in the Netherlands or Jordan. Reasonable adjustments are available at any stage of the process on request. All engagements are subject to confidentiality, anti-bribery and conflict-of-interest standards, which apply equally to employees, associates and network specialists.
How to introduce yourself
Send a concise profile covering background, sectors, geographies and languages through the contact form under the Careers category, or directly to info@mza-c.com. Profiles are reviewed against current and forthcoming mandates and handled with discretion. A submission does not create employment, agency or a guaranteed engagement.
